Problem with toxic casual players on this forum

The only thing I sorta agree on is about the weird people who obsess about the politically-correct consulting firm or whatever.

There's also some people here that attack directly SE employees and voice actors (no I'm not talking about actual criticism, talking about direct insults about their appearances, perceived/speculative beliefs or political leanings, etc). These people should just get thrown out if they haven't been already.

Disagreeing does not equal to “toxic” Labelling a group of people you have a disagreement with on certain things as ‘toxic’ is not getting us anywhere as a society also. And most importantly - the moment you use “these people” in your argument is the time to rethink the whole point.

All I want is main story content to be easy enough to complete. I could care less about raids, high end dungeons, or ex primals because I never run them. That's not toxic to ask for something that simple. This expansion been very hard when have bad hands and wrists that don't move fast enough for the new mechanics they added.

This always seems kinda a cop-out to me. This game is incredibly low APM, even the faster jobs (NIN, VPR, MCH) don't break the 100 APM barrier, with some of the slower ones (e.g BLM) hovering around I believe 30APM. Nothing in this game requires dextrous hands, and if people are struggling to keep up with mechanics, I'd argue it's a pattern recognition or memory issue, not a mechanical one.

It's so funny seeing people project about "toxic" casuals who are "out of control" when they're the ones spamming new threads complaining about complainers. We have dozens of threads solely dedicated to "fighting" the evil "toxic casuals". I have seen no more than five posters who have sensible criticisms of the content and hundreds who are attacking those posters. You can't even mention the netcode without getting told to uninstall and seek psychiatric treatment. Why is Final Fantasy XIV like this in 2024? Something snapped. You all weren't spamming the forums years ago when content was in faceroll mode. In fact, people criticizing Endwalker were also insulted just like Dawntrail critics are now. Two sides of the same coin, you and the "toxic casuals" are the same.

You spent well over a dozen pages on another thread calling everybody who doesn't think the game has gotten too hard part of a toxic hivemind getting directed by evil youtubers and when you got literally the most light-hearted pushback imaginable to claims like that you started screaming that the community has turned evil and is making the game look bad.

I sincerely urge you to take a look at your own behavior before you start ranting about other people.
