Leveling healing is too boring. Does it get better?

You get Afflatus Misery at level 74 but from what I hear from the community its a dps loss to actually use it and its on a long timer, (Blood Lilly has to be in full bloom) how ever long that takes.

You get it to bloom by healing with the lilies 3 times.. And the heals are GCD, so they're not optimal for healing, and it's basically the same DPS you would get if you just spammed Glare instead unless you manage to score like a lucky critical direct hit.

So another complete fail on SQE part, not surprising anymore.
