• Put the minimum amount of works on the item itself, slight modification on existing items will do
• Pick brand or company that only exist in a select few countries
• The best candidates would be the one that would require 90% of players to actually fly and boost tourism
• Heavily limit the supply even though digital codes can be arbitrarily generated and printed
• Get scalpers on board in promoting your promotion so that promotional can be properly promoted
• Add expiry date on the codes as well, as if those numbers went through decomposition if it weren't redeemed
• The more pain involved in getting it the better, people place a higher value if they had to go through a lot of effort to obtain them

It's what happens when you use your MMO to nurture strong talent and then you proceed to move that strong talent to other projects, or promote them into senior positions where they're now spread too thin and can't keep up with the quality control.

We have been complaining since 2014, they don't care. The ones doing the EU promotion definitely don't care.

It's crazy that you have to order 3 drinks, you can't even take FFXIV friends, because they'd have to order 3 too, it's just a waste of liquid, i can only imagine how pissed the staff are having to make up orders over 15 because large groups or scalpers.
