This is less a tech support question and more of a do you guys even respond to posts question.

We have been waiting for a fix for the absolute unplayability of the game since the 7.0 launch. This is the error:

There are many of us who cannot play due to this error and you kindly moved it into a pending fix status, but no one, NOT ONE PERSON, has responded to any of the posts other than to move them around. I get that English is not your first language, but seriously, post the response in Japanese, we have google translate.

This is more frustrating than you can imagine and because of this BS I have canceled my sub/retainers for the foreseeable future. I'm not spending hundreds of dollars to replace a processor/MB just to play one game when it works fine on EVERY other game I own and play.

I'm sure the makers of Guild Wars 2 are happy you've done this, as their game works and I will be giving them my money while you figure out how to respond to a post and fix an error.

Due to this issue, we've missed early access and all the fun that you 'fixed' with 7.01 that we cannot do. We've been posting about this, on here, X and Facebook with 0 responses since the first day servers came back up. While we love your game, we really despise your customer service and lack of communication.

Finally, I'm posting this here because You wont let me post in the general forums, or respond to any of the bug forums.
