I am so mad I made a Forum Post (Speedhacker not banned yet)

This guy (link removed because you gotta protect obvious Speedhackers) was or still is using obvious Speedhacks.
At least 2 players (individual reports, nothing like "hey report this guy for me he is a Speedhacker") reported him via ingame "Report Cheating" 15 days ago.
Yet he continues to level his classes.
How much Speedhack does it take to get banned permanentely?

Typically MMO companies ban accounts in large waves, not on an individual basis.

Also, I recommend editing out the link, after all you are initiating a witch hunt w/o any shred of evidence to back it up, which would warrant a forum ban on your account.

"Banned for cheating/botting" is one of the most uncommon categories you ever see people filed under on the weekly ban reports so...good luck.

I can't get botters on my server banned even if they're glitched out and running back and forth for several hours.

The last time I was playing (three weeks ago) I saw a gathering bot I was occasionally reporting since mid Stormblood. Let that sink in.

Yeah, you're not actually getting the GM team here to do any actual work, sorry. Unless they say something that offended you, nobody cares. Been that way since XI. SE's moderation team is a complete joke when it comes to actual moderation. Maybe you could provoke them into saying something naughty. That'll get them actioned in a hurry.

The problem with botting is that a lot of it is client side. So unless they're explicitly caught in the act by a GM, or there is video evidence of it happening (As in: The player themselves is an idiot who uploaded a video of them using the hacks on their own screens).
And you'll never get enough widespread support from the playerbase itself to jump on any kind of bandwagon to move more things serverside. Too many would gladly keep the occasional gathering bot around if it meant they didn't lose access to their modbeast avatars and the ability to turn their bards into MIDI players.
