After enter DT expansion code,I got i2501 error.

It's been three weeks after the first error pop up.
Tried everything on that trobleshooting list and still failed.
· I never use VPN.
· Browsers I have tried :microsoft edge/firefox/opera/chrome/safari.
· Always waited 24 hours to give it another attempt.
· Tried on mobile in incognito mode without wifi.
· Update my payment information / change a card
None of those works for me.
I contented customer support for help,they escalated my case and start an investigation,
but that investigation is still on going (for three weeks),it take way ridiculous long time...and there's no ETA for that,for this situation,might took few years.

And everytime you try to attempt then failed,you have to wait 24 hours for another attempt,that's ridiculous long too.
I know the purpose of this i2501 error is to protect the account from fraud,but this even keep the owner of the account suffer so much.
The owner can't do anything to unlock this status.
All the suggestion I got these time is wait,I have to wait for everything,and there's no any efficient method I could do.
