Is this even a localization issue? When have location names ever been changed between Japanese and English?

It's a reference to FF9 and FF11 (the Alliance Raid series we'll be doing this expansion), like Residential Radius 9-14 was a reference to FF9 and FF14.

And that would be fine, if it was just the numbers. But those numbers with that building design specifically become an issue.
