The post is complaining specifically about visual puzzle mechanics -- not the stuff you can just memorize.I'm also autistic so I feel this. If it helps, so many of these fights are basically choreographed dances. Once you learn what the attack names and telegraphs are, it becomes second nature to react without really having to think about it.
Don't worry about failing one or two or even fifty times; practice makes perfect. If your party gets salty about it they're not worth your time anyway.
