Let me explain what will happen: players will stop doing roulettes and new players will sit in long queues trying to get through the said content. Getting a pop for a specific alliance raid could already be an issue during pre-DT lull, with what you suggest it's only going to get worse.

I already don't do roulettes 95% of the time because they're braindead boring. If the average content in the game required me to rub two braincells together, I might actually start doing them again.
