    The gap from Tank > DPS is much more significant than Healer > Tank. Your testing alone shows that, Tank > DPS is a difference of 50 seconds verses the 25 of Tank > Healer. We'll just agree to disagree at this point.

    Although I wont quote my source (feel free to google) since its taboo here to mention the site, there is literally data of over 35,000 healer runs and 32,000 tank runs and countless DPS (In Dawntrail alone) which shows that the gap between Tank and Healer damage is marginal compared to that of DPS and Supports. I think your argument should be that Healers deserve a more engaging DPS rotation because the argument of healers doing a lot less DPS than tanks is objectively wrong and provably so.

    The thing is, there is a gap in gear between the three Jobs I used which is why I listed their ilvls.

    For WAR, I have the AF gear with dungeon accessories. It's outperforming WHM with AF gear and tomestone accessories by about 30 second average.

    MNK with almost full tomestone gear, only thing missing is the weapon, is getting about 45 seconds over WAR the dungeon geared WAR.

    I'm sure the differences would be different if they all were equally geared, WAR would be closer to MNK and even further away from WHM.

    I mean when you look at damage numbers healers aren't far off from tanks.

    I wouldn't mind them closing the gap between both healers and tanks by buffing up healers damage... but I think to do that they should give healers more damaging actions instead of just potency changes.

    One place they could easily fit more attacks to give them more damage and more engagement is the Job Gauges.

    SCH does have Energy Drain, but at 100 potency it's barely an attack... But at the very least, it allows them to always meaningfully use all their Aetherflows.

    WHM has to wait for people to take damage to use Lilies to get to Afflatus Misery.
    SGE has to wait for people to take damage to recover MP.


    AST doesn't really have such a system, but half of their cards are useless.
