    How to counter the Healer strike

    Is it even still a strike or simply the consequence of poor job design and the treatment our green dps friends receive in PF?
    Whatever it is, there seems to be a more or less consistent way of dealing with your group not filling due to a shortage of Healers.

    Currently all DT content, either dungeons, normal modes or extremes require 1 Healer at max.
    It's no secret that a Healer in general is completely obsolete in a dungeon that runs any other Tank than a drk and neither NM nor Extremes contain a heal check worthy of 2 Healers.

    So why not bring 3 Tanks?

    Any Support + DPS pair mechanic will resolve normally as long as one Tank takes the fake-Healer position and you won't have to wait ages for a 2nd bottom DPSer, that heals less than the Warrior.

    You only run into issues when your group collects too many uptime points (vuln stacks) or runs off the platforms. That can be countered by going for 2x Caster dps, being smn + rdm, if you really need it... Your group will still fill a lot faster than when you wait for a 2nd Healer.

    I hereby propose to normalize 3-Tank comps in Party Finder, thanks.
