Feedback and my Requested Changes before Savage

Healers feel pretty good in my experience thus far. Healing Ex Primal 1 is enjoyable, even if Ex Primal 2 isn't as good. These are some balance and QoL changes for each healer that I would appreciate coming up on the Savage patch.

WHM:
- A slight CD reduction of Aetherial Shift. BLM and PCT have gap closer abilities on very short cooldowns. Aetherial Shift being triple the cooldown timer of Smudge does not seem justifiable.

- A range increase on Divine Caress. Temperance's effect has a range of 50y. The follow-up shield only being a 15y radius is a bit awkward. You could argue that limited range adds gameplay complexity, but nearly every other AoE healing ability has a 20-30y radius.

- Potentially a CD reduction on Benediction. While it can be a nice emergency save option, Benediction is not the cooldown that it used to be.


SCH:
- Recitation should work on Seraphism GCDs.

- Based on current values and encounters, SCH could potentially use slight potency upgrades. Ruin II is also a 90 potency loss compared to Broil, making SCH's movement options fairly limited.

- Dissipation's duration reduced from 30 to 20 seconds. It seems SE is now aware and inclined to design SCH with abilities that lockout other abilities. Please make this slightly less strict.

AST:
- Honestly kinda stronk right now. Newly added excessive movement capabilities and an over abundance of single target Mit and Healing options. Oracle having no fall-off damage is absurd, especially in Ex Primal 1. Some people are unhappy about the card changes, but from a power perspective, AST is easily at the top right now.

SGE:
- Reduce Zoe's CD to 60 seconds. The oddity of Soteria being reduced to 60 seconds as a mimic of Recitation's trait is incredibly bizarre.

- I don't personally have an opinion about Sage's AoE DOT stacking. Media Tour footage has always been taken with a huge grain of salt.

- Reduce Icarus's CD for similar reasons listed under WHM.

In what world Soteria 60s et 5s Physis healing up can compete with Recitation 60s ?

After completing Normal Raids and viewing this week's data, it's fairly apparent that WHM and SCH need potency adjustments. SCH is roughly averaging 500-600 rDPS behind AST and WHM is an astounding 800-1000 rDPS behind AST. Let me be clear, I am not requesting that WHM or SCH exceed ASTs rDPS, but a damage gap of that size is too significant in my opinion and has horrible implications for week 1 and week 2. I am hoping this is addressed in the Savage balance patch.

Some personal preferences would be to:

Increase the number of Glare IV's WHM receives from 3 to 5.
Increase the potency of Glare IV
Increase the potency of Dia to 75 on hit and 75 over time
Grant 2 Charges of Assize - a widely requested change for several years now

Remove Energy Drain and grant SCH a 300 or 400 potency burst OGCD as a reward for using all 3 aetherflow stacks
Increase the potency of Baneful Impaction
Increase the duration of Baneful Impaction
