Cannot reactivate paid retainer

I submitted a bug report in game, and the customer service response was to post the same issue here. I've searched far and wide for various fixes, but nothing has come to fruition yet. Below is the filled template that I submitted via in-game bug report.

Issue has been fixed. Though I got the success message on the website, it didn't show up on my account. I had to recheck and re-subscribe to the retainer service for it to work.

You don't have to talk to anyone to make the retainer come back. You just go to the summoning bell, and your 3rd (or more) retainer will be available without doing anything after the payment is validated. Check if your payment was debited from your card, that you didn't leave after the 1€/$ security check (if that exists where you live).
