If they want to stop complaints maybe fix the problems so the game feels fun for all types of players not just a select few.

It is impossible to please everyone in a community this large and diverse.
Try to appeal to everyone and ultimately you will end up appealing to no one.
FF-XIV certainly is not w/o it's flaws. No human creation ever is.
But outside of very rare exceptions "complaining" doesn't achieve anything useful.
You bring forth your criticism in a constructive and well thought out manner.
After that, it is up to the DEVs, whether they want to implement changes or not. If they don't, they have their reasons. We're not privy to them, that may suck but that's how it is.
I understand that you dont care about the game so you dont care that something about it is bad, but some of do, so we want it to be better.
Problems.... Your problems are just.,. Well yours.
Go try another MMORPG and then tell me if FF14 has problems.
Complain all you want but its still not without consequences.
Imo I bet most of the complaining is done by narcissistic selfish players who want this and that. Trying to say just because you pay your sub, you can complain? Sure but that doesn't mean you're right.
I'd rather you have an interesting valid reason for posting a concern other then "look at me!"
Let me paint you a picture: If I cook you a Steak and put a lot of work into it, it can still taste bad to you and everybody else. If I do not get any feedback on that I will keep making bad steaks and my Restaurant would go bankrupt.
YOU should be glad people still Care enough to give feedback or "complain" as you describe it.
If people go into apathy-mode and stop caring, they move on and the Game dies. I saw this happen on quite a few games i loved to play.

People complained about the MSQ dungeons not being doable in ARR because nobody queue'd for them.
-> They made them part of a dedicated roulette
People complained they couldn't enjoy the cutscenes because veterans skipped and killed the boss while people enjoyed the story
-> They made cutscenes unskippable
People complained not enough people ran them to get queues going
-> they added buffed experience requirements and tokens
This was a good example of where "complaints" and feedback actually helped solve the problems.
The majority of posts I have been reading on these boards the last weeks have been....none of the sort...

You only list gameplay things though.People complained about the MSQ dungeons not being doable in ARR because nobody queue'd for them.

The other side of the medal is:
People complained that we are only nodding and standing around
-> they added dialogue options
People complained about Lyse
-> they benched her
People complained about AAR pacing
-> they trimmed it down
People absolutely loved Emet-Selch
-> they gave him more scenes in EW
People loved G'raha Tia and his eating scene
-> they made him a focus and played up his eating stuff (that was actually in an interview recently)
What I'm trying to say:
They absolutely do take feedback be it positive or negative.
The majority of the posts for the last weeks were about Wuk Lamat, the WoL only nodding and standing around, no gameplay in the MSQ far too less Krile and problems in the writing.
These are as rightfull to be posted as those gameplay issues you listed.
If i am unhappy with the story I will say so and it seems I'm not the only one who thinks that.

That's a fair thing to do.
But I do feel that there needs to be constructive feedback included.
I can totally respect someone saying they did not like the story, as long as they can point out what part they don't like and what they want to see changed.
Because that's something that can be worked with.
People just going "this sucks".....okay?

Yeah, stop complaining!
