Xbox Series X Cannot launch the game

Hi there, after the new update i can no longer launch the game on Xbox Series X as it say

    "Authentication Error"
"Failed to launch game. Unable to retrieve Xbox account information.
Please try restarting your console (3)."

I also got number 4 and the end after few restart...

I got fresh install too but didnt worked and i have filled a bug report on Xbox dashboard with probably last moment video playback to check for your inside team.

I’m having the same issue also. I hope they notice there’s an authentication error on Xbox.

Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Forums.

We apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred when attempting to play FINAL FANTASY XIV on Xbox Series X|S. We would like to recommend the following below as it may resolve the issue:

    1) Clearing Cache on the Console:
    - Turn on the system and press the Xbox logo in the middle of your controller.
    - Scroll to the right to 'Profile & System'.
    - Select 'Settings' and click 'Devices & Connections'.
    - Navigate and click 'Blu-Ray', then, click 'Persistent Storage'.
    - Select Clear Persistent Storage.

    2) Power-cycle the Console:
    - Turn off the console and unplug all cords from the system.
    - Hold the power button for 10 seconds so the system will drain any stored power.
    - Then, re-plug the cords and restart the console
    - Attempt to start the client once again.

    3) Port-Forwarding the Xbox Series X|S:
    - Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that the following Port Ranges have been opened/forwarded/triggered:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

*This can be done by visiting www.portforward.com, locate your specific Router/Modem Brand and Model Number from the 'List of Routers', and you will find a step-by-step guide on how to access your ports.

If the issue is still not resolved, there may be an issue with the hardware or OS of your Xbox Series X|S. For further assistance, please contact Xbox Support here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!
