Stutters only in FF14, sometimes hours between stutters

Mine are microstutters... Like, fractions of a second. They can vary in length, but 1/2 a second is a very long time and they very rarely pause for that long. Also, when it does happen it's usually several quick stutters in a row.

What hardware are you running?
