Some of us might be biased and even those who aren't won't notice inconveniences they got used to over the course of months.
Same with feedback now, I have quite a few things to complain about but I no longer notice some substantial problems because I got used to them.
Like having to open an extra map to see where I have to go for my quest - if some people who recently joined didn't complain about it I wouldn't even have noticed how inconvenient it is!
Stuff like this happens to all of us therefore 2.0 will be better if people who know nothing of this game try out beta and notice things which still need to be changed.

I agree with this, but I also understand where the OP is coming from. I do think it's for the good of the game to let other players, who aren't legacy members, into the closed beta. As the person I quoted said, there may be inconveniences that we are used to, that are actually problems, but we don't notice it anymore.

In the end, it is good for the game to get new perspective from beta testers. I for one will not be in the beta, as I want to keep things fresh. I'll probably play another game.
