We will get Sahagins soon, so i could imagine they will be in the Black Shroud. And since the Black Shroud is a zone from Grid i could imagine the "outposts" or w/e it is will look similiar in design and their Building-structure.

The Sahagins live in underwater caverns beneath La Noscea. We've known this since launch. Jeez, read the lore.

Sahagin's are attacking Limsa Lominsa together with Travanchet ( Mistbeard Cove ), which you will see in Mainstory of Limsa.. they will tell you about the War between the Sahagins and the Barracuda Fleet and how their Primal Leviathan is fighting against those Fleet. Where did anyone say that they live in underwater caverns? Beside that, we are not able to swim or even go underwater for now.. doesnt make sense at the moment to put mobs there, right?

They are living on a chain of Isle called Cieldales.( something like that, dont remember the correct spelling )... what did you say again about reading the lore?

Well now you're just both making stuff up.

We know that there are some Sahagin located in Cassiopeia Hollow, as noted by Brunadier at Camp Bloodshore. We also know that they once inhabited Shposhae, but have since been cleared out. Aside from that though, there has been no indication as to where their stronghold is located.

The Cieldalaes are mostly uninhabited, and are used mainly as a stop for fishermen traveling to and from Limsa Lominsa and as of last week, the training grounds for Skirmishes. The isles are also known for their spinach, clams, and certain types of fish.
