Unable to accept Quest "Griffins Rampant"

I'm doing the Tribal Quests for the Ananta Tribe and reached the max. of my current reputation but I can't accept the Quest that improves the Reputation maximum, because the NPC isn't spawning for me.

We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, however this concern may best be handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the ‘/supportdesk’ command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number/post you originally created for the issue. Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
