We kill enough random people and animals as it is, I'm pretty sure my WoL accidentally annihilated a group of protesters earlier today after tripping over a rock while walking to the grocery store. Returning to the Lifestream? Moral quandaries about using souls as fuel? Man, who cares? If they wanted to return to Hydaelyn to be reborn, they should have thought twice before throwing hands with the dude who saved the whole dang universe. I bet that a regulator cosmetic item is going to be a reward from the MSQ at some point when that tradition is messed up with the development of Alexandria's story. They'll give you one "just for the looks", since they don't usually handwave this kind of thing.
