At this point machinists are mostly a gadget/Frankin'gun job. At max level almost nothing is done via the actual gun in your hand.

The people who want a gunner get their wish and machinist is largely unaffected.
I think this job can be split into more than one

Now it is kinda everything in 1 job which is weird
It is like trickster that can surprise you which something out of the box

Sad this kills the identity of the job the job "machinist" should use only "machines" in their skills

Gun kills the name and identity

For me PVP Machinist moved more toward trickster gunner kind of job

And pve is nothing but trickster to me
