Problems with Fog

It's unfortunate. ps4's holding the game back, as well as PC/laptops from 2001. This won't change until like 8 years from now considering how long it took to do this first graphic update. This is how it'll be until 9.0 or longer. I personally detest when devs use CHEAP methods to simulate weather and time of day. If there's one part of the game you shouldn't go cheap with is with the sky, weather, and lighting.

I actually think players like you are holding the game back. If you want realistic weather I urge you to go outside.
