Only 4 eu countries can participate with the EU Gong Cha event, why SE???

Hi everyone,

As some of you might know, the EU Gong Cha event starts today. If someone buys 3 of their tea, they can change the codes into a Porxie King mount. This event is for EU, but the stores that sell this item is only in 4 EU countries. Why doesnt Square pick a franchise/product that sold in more countries? The US gets a event for a product that is sold in most stores, but we get this?

Square Enix, please just sell the mount in the store for the price of 3 Gong Cha tea. Fellow EU players, what are your thoughts about this event? Are you oke with this?

"Purchase at least three teas in a single transaction at a participating Gong cha store" Yeah what participating stores? There's no list of stores taking part in the promotion and you can't call a Gong Cha store to ask, they have no phone numbers.

Went to one, they'd heard nothing about it. Sent a question using the global site's forum, no reply yet.

Love those Promotions where only a few selected regions can participate. Never heard about Gong Cha here in germany. /s

Because they don't care and never did it seems.

So many people have complaint about that.

I'm fairly hopeful, that Square will hear the complaints and plan accordingly in the future.
It's not like we had many collabs in the EU area. Dr. Pepper wasn't ideal because many grocery stores didn't bother putting the FF14 cans on the shelves (at least in my region, glimpsed those AFTER the official collab, had to get those from an online store).
But this time takes the cake. I'd have to travel for like 8-10 hours ONE way to get the silly tea. Ramping up my costs to hundreds of euros.

A lot of the US is in the same boat as you, from looking at their site, Gong cha is pretty regional to the east coast.

Over in Northern Europe, the nearest store appears to be in the UK. Not gonna take a ship or plane for some tea and an FF 14 mount.
