Will the GARO event ever be brought back ?

I wasn't really aware of this event since it apparently was around when i didn't started playing FF14, i quite recently heard of it through a friend while playing PvP. Gathering some info around, i fell in love with the gear and the mounts that came with it, but apparently it hasn't returned since 2019.
Since recently SE had some other old events i didn't took part in (like the FF15 and Yokai Watch collabs) return, is there any chance for this event to return too at some point ? Did Yoshi-P mentioned anything about such possibility ?

Alright yeah, can confirm the priest is still around and still selling the stuff (location is X 5.0,Y 5.3 at Wolves' Den). The Achievements for the mounts are also still up so... yeah i'm blind lol

It seems to be active indefinitely, for now! <- That page on the ffxiv.consolegameswiki should tell you the location of where to pick up the gear pieces for Wolf Marks. This means you can also get the title for each job, still.

If you don't want to PvP, you can also buy the glamour-only gear for MGP in the Golden Saucer. The pieces are undyable though, so doing some PvP might be the better course of action.

IRRC, it returned in 6.1 and is still ongoing.

GARO event isn't permanent unless they made a better deal on the second time... But the last time it was around before the current one, it lasted for almost 3 years (January 2017 to October 2019).

If it's the same length, it's ending around February or March.
