They designed warrior a certain way, found out that people were a second primal ruination into raid buffs, decided to remove this unintended interaction, but then buffed warrior anyway to make up for it. Effectively warrior is still buffed compared to the original design. Despite being the second highest in damage rankings and by far the highest in sustain. Someone on the job team really likes warrior and really hates dark knight.
