Aswell as the avg damage btwn healers that the majority of the player base plays at is within a 400 dps range. above that is when skill and job comp comes into play, more than potency. whm should be third or fourth on the list. Sch is currently listed at the weakest while having the second most entries in the top 200, Make sure to check the data and make sure it correlates to the current statistic chart, cause currently it does not. The current statistic chart, has sch marked as much weaker than what the data shows.

    Blm needs potency buffs - very true it needs a lot, not sure how this one made it past devs.

    Drk needs some mitigation love and some potency buffs - Agreed with the potency. it's mitigation is fine at higher lvls, it needs its mitigation to be corrected at lowers lvls

    Ast and Picto needs slight nerfs. - Picto yes, vpr and rpr even. Astros potency is so high because its a buffing class. With picto, repear, and viper doing cracked damage right now that's why it's MAX dmg is so high compared to other healers. Fix the cracked dmg jobs and this will drop. The avg AST dmg is inline with being fair to healers. Just makes it the top dps healer, if your party can make use of it, if your dps are dieing, you don't have a party consisting of only the cracked jobs, ect it falls off and becomes the weakest in terms of pure dmg and the same as others with a "normal" party comp. If u nerf it, then normal parties suffer. It is also the hardest healer to play with the most going on as such it should be in the top slot. WHM does considerably more dmg than sch when u remove the buffs. If they aren't nerfing the cracked jobs, then yes whm could use very small buff, but it does not "need it"

    Yes we need to buff Astro still feels clunky. - astro needed buffs.
    Monks are doing stuff we didn't envision let's nuke it even though they still are far off. - Balancing things are harder when the job isn't played properly.
    Nothing about jobs that actually need it. - agreed there are too many jobs this expac that need or a buff, or there are too many jobs that need a nerf.
