Some housing items should be available easier

I have been sending two retainers out on field exploration ventures constantly for over a month (one of them for multiple months) and have received 0 stone partitions or neon wall lights.

I agree. Our FC house needs a number of Stone Partitions to finish our build when the item expansion goes live, and after several months of many FC members sending their retainers out to try to get them we've attained.............. zero. We can just buy them of course but there aren't even that many in circulation and the price is outrageous. I could even understand all of that for a niche specialty item but for something as fundamental as a stone partition? That's pretty ridiculous.

I made the mistake of putting 3 Stone Partitions into a remodel of my apartment 2 months ago. 2 months of sending out 10 combat retainers every day, and I've gotten exactly zero partitions. And looking at the marketboard, the price just keeps going up. They were 3 million a piece 2 months ago, now they're 4.5 million each.

Still haven’t seen a stone partition… no horizontal neon lights either, although I have gotten three vertical neon lights, after all this time!

The stone partitions, I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 5-6 on the mb at a time, and they’re usually all at 4-6 mil each and go fast!

At least you got three of those neon lights, I have 10 retainers on both my catgirl mains and I have not seen either one of those since DT came out

im sending my retainer since the beginning too and all i get is trashy crafting materials every day.
I wonder if gear matters and you need a certain ilvl.

I don’t think it matters as long as they meet the ilvl for the venture… ironically the one that actually brought me the lights has the bare minimum ilvl gear because she just has the 99 gear plus level 100 weapon and jewelry.

I am with Xelmar, tbh. There is a table I want desperately [Allagan Diagnostic Module] for my house that after *6 expansions* still runs in the millions because of how difficult getting the crafting materials for it is. Forcing someone to run a synced savage for crafting mats after 6 expansions because it is stiill exclusively a mob drop is ridic.
