This is what was already teased and what will likely happen. Unfortunately, SE might not comment on it any more, because if they tell people that changes will come in a couple of years, some players will instantly cancel their subscriptions until they see what 8.0 has in store. It is safer to be silent for the time being, giving hope that they might start changing things in 7.2/7.3, which is very unlikely in my opinion (except the already discussed changes to Viper, which nobody wanted lol).

Cancellations will happen eventually, I believe, but not immediately and in a way "forced" by the Devs themselves commenting on it.

Tank and healer homogenized because it is easier for devs to balance them

I don't think casual player care that much about simplicity but they care about accability there is a clear differnces between these two words and I don't think devs understand what it is

The best part is that they aren't balanced at all lol.
Scholar is the objectively best healer and warrior is the objectively best tank. So much for simplification for balance.
