Customizing Character Appearance - Any Items Available for Editing Body and Face?

I was wondering if there's any item or way to edit my character's appearance further, specifically the body and face features, after the initial character creation.

The initial edit didn't give me many options, and my character's body is currently quite flat--- and I'd like to make it curvier. Additionally, I feel like the eyes are too far apart and I'd like to adjust that as well.

Is there an in-game item or a specific place where I can make these changes? I want to tweak a few things now that I've played for a while.

While there are ways of changing your character's looks, I don't think they'll do what you want them to.

You can redo your hair and makeup via the Aesthetician NPC, or even do a complete rebuild by using a Fantasia, but outside of some unlockable hairstyles there's are no extra customization options that aren't already in the base character creator.

Outside of a some hairstyles that need to be unlocked, initial character creation gives you every option you'll ever get for your body. So if you didn't find it there, then it doesn't exist in the game. So if you want a curvier character, the only way to get that is by switching to a curvier race by using a Fantasia, which is an item that allows you to entirely change your character without losing progress. There's a quest in the game that allows you to get one for free; after that the only way to get more is to pay real money in the cash shop.

As Brightamethyst said, you can use the Aesthetician NPC (once you unlock him) to change more minor aspects of your appearance like hair, makeup, default earrings, etc.

Thank you! I never heard of unlocklable hairstyle. I might try looking for them.
