The fact it still roots you for its whole duration with no ability to slide it makes it very difficult to use reliably in burst windows. It should either change to follow under the ninja or have a 110 second Cooldown so it has more wiggle during the two minute window much like Red Mages Manafication

I'm more in up and arms about how Kazematoi only affects Aeolian Edge. And should really affect raiton/raiju and/or even bhava.

No, that wouldn't make sense, it is just a replacemen for the old Armor Cush, instead of refreshing Huton it now gives a potency boost , so the total amount of armor crushes in your rotation stays the same as before.
