    Chaos DC constantly down during DDOS

    Why is it that today, and during the past few DDOS attacks, Chaos is always the last DC to come back online, a long time after the other servers are back up?

    It seems either Chaos infrastructure is especially vulnerable to attack or that Chaos is not being treated as a lesser priority while they fix other servers.
