The new raid tier is awesome!

The visuals, music, and most importantly gameplay are all S-tier. As a big fighting game fan I enjoyed what seemed to be a few subtle references to the genre as well. Very much looking forward to Savage after mostly skipping it in Endwalker due to giant hitboxes and other design decisions I didn't care for.

Not impressed by the appearances of the gear at all (honestly, I think they are some of the worst I've ever seen) but I do hope the raids are at least fun. Haven't actually hopped into it yet.

Raids are awesome but I disagree the armor looks amazing too.. about time we got some more male outfits that show off skin.. looks really good on us Cat dads

I found the fights very fun. I thought the first two were spicier than the last two which was interesting, but I doubt that will be the case in savage.

I can see how the gear won't be everyone's cup of tea since it goes for more of a harsh aesthetic, but I like it. I do think the dyeable versions may increase the appeal for some of the people who don't care for the sets now.

LOL the gear is fine although when I seen the ring in the patch notes I was expecting gear like legion of doom (road warriors) or Ultimate warrior.

Agreed! I had so much fun during these fights it's single handedly carrying this expansion for me LOL. The gear is... well, I don't like it LOL. They look like they're clearly inspired by wrestling and I can appreciate the idea. However, yes, so incredibly fun - it really looks like the devs went all out! I can't wait to do them more, and that last fight is by far my favorite in the entire game. I want to be an electrope mage D:

They really knocked it out of the park with the music. I'm not usually someone who likes "cute" things but I've had the song from the second fight stuck in my head all day. The song from the last fight is a banger as well!

Raid gear does kinda look meh... But I glam my stuff regardless so it doesn't have to look all that great. (I'm sure some folk really like it)

But the music, the story are top notch and the boss mechanics on normal are very quirky and fun. I quite enjoy it.

Savage is gonna be interesting what changes and what gets dialed up to 11.
