(request) High Energy Tonics vendor item for Out of Combat Movement speed boost

It be nice if a Solution 9 vendor sold some of that nummy High Energy Tonic to us >:0

If it could boost my speed (and possibly give off a rainbow aura) for out of combat movement I'd sure be happy.

My take on this was making the vending machines scattered around interactable (or at least some of them) and they ask you if you want a drink for X gil. It doesnt go to your inventory, you drink it on the sport and get a speed buff (think of GTA san andreas vending machines for an example)
