    You also cannot dye it if the weapon does not dye.
    The quiver gets unique designs. The katana sheath have unique designs. RDM and PCT have two parts that have custom designs...

    i suppose that technically does fall under raid gear, but i meant 8 man raid gear. the ones you trade 4 pieces in to obtain from the npc.
