    Why bother, can't play!

    This is less a tech support question and more of a do you guys even respond to posts question.

    We have been waiting for a fix for the absolute unplayability of the game since the 7.0 launch. This is the error:

    There are many of us who cannot play due to this error and you kindly moved it into a pending fix status, but no one, NOT ONE PERSON, has responded to any of the posts other than to move them around. I get that English is not your first language, but seriously, post the response in Japanese, we have google translate.

    This is more frustrating than you can imagine and because of this BS I have canceled my sub/retainers for the foreseeable future. I'm not spending hundreds of dollars to replace a processor/MB just to play one game when it works fine on EVERY other game I own and play.

    I'm sure the makers of Guild Wars 2 are happy you've done this, as their game works and I will be giving them my money while you figure out how to respond to a post and fix an error.

    Due to this issue, we've missed early access and all the fun that you 'fixed' with 7.01 that we cannot do. We've been posting about this, on here, X and Facebook with 0 responses since the first day servers came back up. While we love your game, we really despise your customer service and lack of communication.

    Finally, I'm posting this here because You wont let me post in the general forums, or respond to any of the bug forums.

    There's nothing to troubleshoot. Until they fix the problem I (and others like me) will not be able play your game. we are locked out of any city zone, effectively ruining the game. This was posted on day 1 of Dawntrail however the most that was done is that the post was moved to 'confirmed/Planning to address' (https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...-Old-Sharlayan) and that was the end of it.

    We're not talking about it making it hard to play, we're talking impossible to play unless you have someone with a second computer that can load you in, move your character, then load out and let you log back in. The crash happens at EVERY city and a few other zones as well, no idea about the new zones since I cant get into the main city to do the next step in the MSQ and I refuse to spend hundreds of dollars upgrading my machine when it works fine in every other game i play. The frustration comes from it being 21 days from early access launch, during which time I've been able to play for about 2 hours because my husband was nice enough to load me in and move me each time I crashed. And until today, not a single response from SE/FFXIV in any way

    Thank you for finally responding to something, even if it's a canned message it's better than what we've been getting.
