You do that, get back to EW level of content designs, FFXIV wont survive the next 2 expansions without even more radical changes. Endwalker 6.0 got hyped to heaven thanks to WoW Shadowlands and streamers starting to play it. Game was losing players afterwards during 6.1-6.5 because of how weak the patches (MSQ/Content wise) and boring the dungeons/trials/raids were.
To be fully honest here, DSR is one of the best designed fights in the game and it came in Endwalker. But that's for a niche audience. For other high-end content it was very hit or miss. DSR is great, but TOP is widely considered to have big design issues. Anabaseios Savage was very nice, Abyssos Savage had issues. Barbariccia Ex was great, Rubicante Ex was pretty bad. And yeah all of the normal mode content was a pushover.

Still waiting to see how Arcadion Savage will hold up, and if FRU is gonna be good, but the normal mode changes make me very hopeful and I'm hyped. DT shows a significant improvement in the encounter design department.
