It's not because Arthras made me aware of the issue that I'm dogpiling the dude for Arthras, I'm here for myself, am not here to dogpile or insult anyone, I'm here to give my opinion on a matter that I care about that I was made aware of by Arthras.
I don't even watch Arthras regularly. I was just recommended a video on youtube.
Like, am sure you agree with some opinions the worst people in the world have, but you probably don't agree with the opinions they hold that made them the worst people in the world. :P
Please don't make assumptions and strawman people who have genuine opinions because their opinions happen to align with the opinions of someone you don't like.

I don't even watch Arthars? The only reason I know about this is from a friend of mine talking about this, who found out about the thread from Mr Happy's video. You are accusing me of tribalism, yet you are the one making assumptions about me, why I'm here, and making up some kind of grand conflict. Sometimes it's really just as simple as having a really really bad take on a topic and finally deciding to actually participate in the place that the devs listen to instead of talking about it among friends. The reason you are seeing more people on the forums is simply that more people are realizing that the devs only listen here.
But okay sure it's all one streamer dogpiling someone. It could never possibly be that this take is so horrendously awful that its driving people into their first forum interactions.
Not reading 73 pages of comments.
If the content wasn't casual every mechanic would have a fail state that would wipe the whole party or instantly kill you.
You can survive multiple failed mechanics in these normal raids and even extremes. There are no DPS checks in normal raids or MSQ, and in Extremes it's so easy to skip mechanics and never see enrage just by doing 123 and face roll.
It is baffling to even think that others might agree with OP, and I can't even imagine why. Is it some damaged ego each time you get a vuln and you're so anxiety ridden and pathetic to acknowledge it as a learning opportunity to improve? Do you have no pride in yourself as a player in anything?
I went from starting the game in SHB 5.2, looking up guides for each dungeon and asking for advice after each dungeon on what I could have done better as a tank, to clearing savage raids, all savage criterion, and all ultimate raids. Thinking you're stuck at the level you're at and then grasping at everyone trying to bring them down to your level just so you look better is sad.
Throw some elbow grease into it for the love of Hydaelyn.
Yeah why some FFXIV players are like this? Everything is just to blame some random streamer but ppl cant have their opinion or disagree with the poor ppl that just want a validation I didn't even knew Arthars reacted to this and im sure alot of ppl that posted here didn't know either, am I surprised that he reacted? well absolutely no cuz this deserves to be reacted, cuz yeah at some point it got hilarious and totally crazy how learning to play the game is an actual issue. I wouldn't be surprised to see more streamers reacting to this and disagreeing with the game being too hard.
I'd challenge the OP to go into older, familiar normal raids, at minimum ilvl (because face it, this is what we all are right now until we gear up), and see exactly how the difficulty compares.
I think you'll probably find it's a bit more of a challenge than you remember.
I’d also like to say I’m not here as some pawn of a streamer and I don’t bear OP or anyone else with a conflicting opinion to mine any ill will, I felt compelled to set up a forum account to dispel any misinformation surrounding the new Normal Raids and other casual/normal MSQ content introduced in DT, calling this content unreasonably more difficult than what we’ve seen before is simply not true when I’ve been there and experienced similar content Day 1 in other expansions…
