We are not asking you fanboys to alter YOUR raid choices as they are. There are many of us with issues that can make the game we love less enjoyable and would perhaps enjoy an enhancement we can choose to make our lives a little easier. Why would you hate that so much? We leave you alone and we enjoy the game....

"Fanboy is gaming jargon used to describe an individual that has gone beyond the point of being a PC or console game fan and, during online chats or discussions, shifts to defend the program at all costs, unable to take any criticism or acknowledge any shortcomings of the game or gaming console."

Bozja is a very good example of the direction SE has been going since SHB when it comes to difficulty for midcore people, you have content like Delubrum Reginae which has a first boss that punishes mistakes with doom, I personally thought that was rough, there was also stuff like Red Chocobo, how do these things compare with DT difficulty according to you?

Numbers doesn't equal Engaging or fidelity besides I don't even have to say it myself was Yoshi P himself who said that he regrets making the game so easy, he acknowledged the criticism towards the lack of engaging content in his own words he "falls asleep doing content" in it was a common sentiment towards EW, if EW had alot of players was thanks of numerous circumstances related to external stuff, only looking at numbers is one of the worst things as a players we could ever ask look at WoW, they only cared about numbers and everything falled pretty hard. You know what was one of the worst things about EW everyone wanted to play and probably many logged into the game just to find themselves afking and finding out there was nothing fun to do, those are your numbers

Oh boy, Arthars did made a video about this post! Should I prepare snack to greet the incoming crowd of "git gud" and "it's ok to be bad"?

I hate to say this but ACTUAL skill issue.
You been playing for years and yet you still can't make the pace then this content is just NOT FOR YOU. Just because it's considered a "Normal Raid" doesn't mean its not suppose to be steps above leveling dungeons or normal trials. Since when did we put arbitrary labels on difficulties? Its like saying this normal raid is 50% more difficult than other normal raids therefore it is wrong. We are at level 100 now and have spent countless hours playing the game and we need to hold ourselves to higher player standards now. This coddling stuff were asking from Square Enix has GOT to stop.
Yoshi P is probably annoyed everyday when he wakes up seeing players complaining about things being too difficult one week and then too hard the next week. Please get better at the game or go be a crafter or something cause this is not for you.

You could also spend time going into the game and actually improving instead of complaining. But that's my take

As a wonderful game series taught their playerbase.

    Get good.

It's not supposed to be an attack on you, it's supposed to incentivise the player to literally get better at playing the game. If all you want is a "queue in, one shot the boss, go out", simply don't raid.
Endwalker was already the easiest and honestly lamest expansion, difficulty wise. If they repeat Endwalker in Dawntrail, the game will receive a lot of backlash from the people who do enjoy difficult content.

It's a game. Have fun in it. See the mechanic, die, learn what happened, revive and try to prevent it next time. If you simply want to turn your brain off and not think about a single mechanic, just don't raid or play something else.

"People that strive with difficulty already have extremes, savages, ultimate and criterion" -- Sure. But you think we want ONLY those? For example, criterion is content you do once and never again. Extremes is the same for the people who don't care about mounts. Savages and Ultimates I'll give it to you but even those have weekly loot lock when they're new, so once we clear for the week we got nothing to do until next week.
Meanwhile, casuals have: Normal modes, deep dungeon, crafting / gathering for the collectables if they are into that, roulettes, pvp, fate grinding for extra goodies, Extremes because those are really not difficult when guides come out and even more so if you get friends to go with you.

Yes, would be great if SE released more casual to midcore content, but these normal mode raids are really, REALLY not anywhere near extreme level difficulty.

Again comes back to my first point, get good. Don't take it personally. Just learn to overcome obstacles. Don't expect game devs to baby you for every single expansion. Do some work yourself.

All I'm trying to say is that complaining about it won't make it any better for yourself. Not now, not in the future. If you REALLY want to enjoy the content, put a little effort in improving yourself

I thought people were leaving because of the lack of content, not the difficulty? Imagine for a moment we keep Normal Raids, Alliance Raids, Experts and MSQ at Endwalker levels but now we add in a Eureka/Bozja type content and say three Criterion that are all of the same difficulty as Dawntrail Experts.

Would that not balance things out? The problem is we have a lack of content because the expansion is new and so there is a jump of difficulty but it's all for content that previously for two expansions worth has been pretty chill. Shadowbringers atleast had Bozja and it's Relic Weapons wasn't just a Tome Grind.

I honestly say put the bridge to Extremes in the Eureka/Bozja and Criterion content and leave other content as chill. Endwalker simply had a lack of content and the optional experimental content we did have was easy, target that content and surely everyone would be happy?
