The content isn't difficult, it's engaging. There's a massive difference between the two. Anybody who engages in all the content could tell you that the normal raids aren't 'hard', they just require a small amount of effort on your part to learn the mechanics. Not nearly as much as an ex trial or a savage raid, but enough to keep it engaging. It's also worth considering that normal raids are not required content, they are optional.

The reason you're getting so many annoyed responses is because FFXIV has lacked any sort of engagement in its dungeons and normal raids right up until this point. We finally found what I would consider the goldilocks difficulty where dungeons and raids are engaging without being 'difficult', and suddenly people are coming out and whining about it. I really don't mean this to be insulting, but this is genuinely just a get good moment. Spend some time learning the fights and you'll find out they're not really that difficult.
