Legitimate question here:

This point has been treaded over, steamrolled, bombed, nuked, purged with salt and fire, and shot into a black hole for good measure at this point. It's plain to see from just the first few pages that the OP's opinion is unpopular, so why are we letting the thread survive? Time would probably be better spent creating different threads encouraging the good design decisions of the devs.
