    You've never come across an encounter or mechanic that was unpleasant even though it wasn't hard?

    It's not at all how I feel about the new raid bosses, but it's how I feel about most of the "visual puzzle" mechanics in the game.

    I hate the second boss of Strayborough even though it's a lot easier than the first.

    Well, for example, I positively hate the four-/five-fold shot stuff we get in M4 (or the tetrapagos on Halone). I literally have to recite aloud to myself "left-right-right-left-left" (in French) because otherwise, there is about 0 chance that I'll remember them and get them correctly. That is annoying as heck
    But the biggest pain is the change of phase, for example on M3, when you go from the rotating cone and black stuff back to Larian spam.

    You have solutions, but it's still not good, can only conclude that there's a lack of willingness to put in effort.
    You know how to deal with these, like, we all deal with these that way, I repeat the pattern on m4 guns in my head with each telegraph.
    Concerning M3, you know the lariat combo is coming, and you know you might have to switch, and well, even if you're stuck on the wrong side as the black circle AoE from the spin are there, you still have time to move to the other side after they resolve and before lariat combo happens. Have to look ahead a bit, prepare for what's coming.
    Also like, for tetrapagos, you only have two movements to do, simplify your job and remember these two moves instead of remembering the whole sequence.

    To me, this is "I don't want to put effort in this". You've resolved the issues already. x_x

    See I didn't even know this, I've been playing these with viper, doesn't matter much if I move.
    Clearly don't need perfect solutions, this is a way better solution and I've still been clearing np. ^^''

    I caught onto it but my slidecasting game is peak so I didn't feel the need to squeeze uptime on the mech

    I admit that part can be a bit annoying. Not entirely because the quick mechanic succession, but because the black puddles are player location based, people panic and cover the whole area with them making it impossible to run across. But the solution in that is based on players. The black puddles could be neatly just in half of the arena if so placed. The solution for that is educate and communicate. The mechanic is fine.

    For the shots on M4, you don't even need to worry about which directions she's shooting. Just remember how many shots before you need to switch sides, and start on the correct side. If the pattern is North, South, South, North, South, then remember "1, 2, 1". You change sides after 1 shot, then 2 shots, then 1 shot. The actual movement is just 1-2 steps. It trivializes the mechanic. Start moving as the shot fires, before the animation ends.
