    Need help on the ole infamous flare quest

    Is anyone looking to do international relations? or have 5 mins to help an aspiring blm out by killing some annoying Hippocerfs?

    I've given it the good old college try a couple times and have gotten down to the named and one add left but fall short due to mp issues
