Why do people want even more justification to do dailies^this. 100%
While you can do parts of ARR/HW/EW-relics while doing something else (dailies, etc), you have to spend your time in Bozja/Eureka doing nothing else than FATEs. Its just literally FATEs.
I mean... if people like FATEs so much, why dont do them in the current (or older) zones?
Some of us don’t want the totality of this games existence to be “do dailies then unless you are gonna do savage you may as well log off”
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess

lol, I'm happy for the return of field operations. You can keep farming your poetics for EW glam relics. Stop forcing your dislikes on others.

There are no alternatives until you beat all of Bozja, you must complete the entire story to get the full relic. Also the alternatives are laughable at times like the timeworn step which is "run the deadest content ever in DR 5 times" or "run POTD for 200+ floors and pray for RNG"I don't know if other DCs are somehow a complete 180 from Chaos, but I properly started Eureka around 6.1 as well and never had any issues with it in terms of activity.
Sure, the leveling grind was slow, but then it was a lot worse anyway when it was current.
Delubrum, I've never seen anyone queue. Only party finder or otherwise premade groups. Which I've also never struggled to find. Sure, it's not always crowded, but it never felt undoable.
And after first clear, there's an alternative for most options that you can do inside Bozja.
Eureka I legitimately had to give up beacuse the underpopulated areas felt impossible. I popped back in around 6.4 on dynamis and it was just 2-3 people yelling at me to leave so they could respawn an NM every 15 minutes.
I disagree I spent less time on 14 without an equivalent to Bozja/Eureka especially towards the end of the expansion. In a french interview Yoshi-P states that he planned to add exploration zones like Bozja/Eureka.
Quote:
Please... dont. I hate Eureka and Bozja. Nothing in there worked. The whole concept of Bozja/Eureka is horrible. People just played it because of the relic weapons. But it was not fun. You can do nothing except waiting or following the FATE-train.

Relic weapons themselves are optional.
It's also disingenuous to put ARR and HW relics on the same level as EW relics. Gathering atma and zodiac books are just a couple of examples of active grinding for those weapons. Not to mention the usual requirement to remember to equip the weapon in question when doing content for the relics.
Relics are special weapons and should be treated as such, put behind content to make people work for them. It devalues the reward when it's reduced to something to throw tomes at when you're about to cap and have nothing else to spend them on.

tl;dr Please do bring Eureka/Bozja back.
Apologies for the "who asked?" post:
Eureka felt fairly tedious to grind through. Once I got access to logograms the grind became more interesting and the last fight in the Arsenal will always make me stress out regarding pressing movement abilities. Overall though, I enjoyed my time with it. I think I was wrong on this but do you need to actually upgrade a weapon as you go to be able to continue with the Eureka content?
Bozja is more of the same. To be fair, the relic created an incentive for me to try out Bozja but that became a secondary goal after a time. The (up to) 48 person critical engagements are a cool concept. Being able to level jobs normally in there is a good change away from the elemental level system in Eureka. It's sad that you have to go out of your way and sometimes wait a long while to do the in-zone raids. The Rays of XYZ (memory is failing me here on what they're called) are a good way of rewarding further visits to Bozja by way of boosting certain stats by I think 3%? per Ray stack you've obtained.
With all that said, I didn't do either of them when they were fresh and new. I've heard that Eureka was very slow regarding levelling up compared to what it is now. I was able to queue into Delubrum Reginae solo and find large groups so I must have not fully missed the boat at the time.
With Yoshi-P saying "combining them while leaving behind the things that worked less well", it makes me hopeful for what's to come with the new exploration zone they're cooking up. Has it been revealed what the actual name of this exploration zone is going to be? Is it just "Shades' Triangle"?
- Beware of those who discuss current content with a non-combat or non-max level main class on display.

If anything, there are a lot of stuff to deal with in Bozja, a lot of people said the story has ended but do you forget that theres that one garlean plotline that just stood there as a cliffhanger?
On the other hand I can't wait to see square's take on a caribean/meso-american paradise, if we go by the zones we had in early DT its bound to be good.
That said if it plays like the second half of eureka I'd be satisified
Please, don't let OP post again!
You want to get rid of the only content that only feels like a true MMO? You must be a solo player because doing Bozja/eureka was the only time we're the game feels how it should be. Dangerous world mobs, teamwork require. Real raids that require massive amounts of teamwork.
You can even make mini builds for each job making it even more fun. In Bozja you can basically make an instant cast black mage or a even stronger Nuke. You get a super Sprint that doesn't exist anywhere else it hella fun times.

Bozja is my favourite content in the entire game. I love it. If you don't like it, then don't play it. Simple as that.
There's no reason for you to petition for content to not be in the game if other people enjoy it. How ridiculous and self-entitled the OP is. I'm disgusted by you.
