major hair mesh clipping issues with male viera hair 3

Frequency: all the time. there's just a patch where the neck clips over the hair while my mviera is just standing. it gets worse if he has to look down or turn his head even slightly.
Race: m viera

looking down slightly
shows up in instanced duties
also shows up in cutscenes

i am using face 1, if that matters
