When the servers go down, not that they do, it always seems Chaos stays down a lot longer than the other DCs. Thinking back to the months prior to Dawntrail, the european DC ended up going down a fair few times. Light always seemed to come up quicker than Chaos. I don't know what's going on, but is the infrastructure for Chaos outdated or something? I'm no server expert, but it's pretty obvious something is wrong here as it's always Chaos that's suffering.
