Female Keeper of the Moon Face 1 and Eye Shape 4 misaligned and misapplied in 7.0

I have seen very similar (and often even smaller) changes to characters in 7.0 be in the "accepted bugs" portion of this forum, therefore I presume this must be a bug too!

Since 7.0 much of the face of Keeper of the Moon face 1 has been titled and shifted in a way that is so significant that I do not think it can be deliberate, it is as, especially the upper face, has been flattened, removing a lot of the previous shape. The eyes of Eye Shape 4 have also completely changed shape and position to a very significant degree, making them look like they have more of a forced open stare: the changes encompass as to where they are position on the face itself, the actual shape which the eyelids outline, seemingly the size itself, et cetera, which I can not imagine as deliberate, as the changes are so profound.

Here is a GIF of my character's face as a whole. 6.58 is the one where the clock in the bottom right corner is greyed out, 7.0 is where the clock is not greyed out.
