Whispering Dawn desperately needs a buff like Physis 2

It was forgotten in Endwalker, and yet again forgotten in Dawntrail.

Physis 2 combines half of Fey Illumination (on a 2min cooldown, reminder) and almost double the potency of Whispering Dawn's healing in a single button. This is just clunky and if the two buttons HAVE to exist, then at least upgrade Whispering Dawn to something that is not a 15 yalms 3k heal every tick, not when the HP bars go beyond 100k HP now.

1) SCH is already the strongest healer in the game and does not need a buff.
2) Further homogeny of healers is absolutely not needed.

You can't compare scholar and sage's strengths ability by ability because they just have different toolkits. They enough similarities to compare some stuff but you get ot the point where you're comparing holos to seraph and wondering if fey blessing even exists in sage's toolkit and it's just a mess.

But the one thing that can be said is sage is king of never using GCD's right now where as scholar has to GCD heal to get their raw power out in the form of deployments but those deployments are a lot stronger than a normal concitation or eukrasian prog 2

You don’t have to change the potency, but I would like the radius to be not 15 yalms, but more. I understand that we can control the fairy and place her anywhere, BUT the last savag and ex were terribly inconvenient to heal when you have to compromise and instead of 8 players you have to heal 4, as always. When you have the opportunity to use Whispering Dawn only on half the party.. I feel sad.. when Saga can stand in the corner of the arena and reach everyone in Physis II...

what’s the point of having a totem healer when the “heals from self” healer can hit the next instance over with every heal they have

They're not saying that Whispering Dawn should just become the same ability, they're saying Physis II is just the stronger of the two, and they are very much analogous to each other already. Reading comprehension is hard, I guess.

Also, when a bunch of stuff got their radius upgraded (including Physis and Physis II), Whispering Dawn didn't. Which is hilarious, because it's already difficult to manage positioning because it's coming from the fairy, so Whispering Dawn probably would've benefitted the most from a radius upgrade.

Sometimes you have situations where, even with proper fairy positioning, it will still not hit all of the raid, whereas with Physis II you can literally just sit in one of the split groups and hit everyone no problem.
