I don't know what it is but this expansion feel so boring the only thing that keep me somewhat play is extreme

You've been through all the expansions. You know what content came with the expansion, mostly the same stuff we always get. You alone know what you find fun. If your bored play something else.

Havent played mutch of the msq till now so i cant confirm if its boring ( so far im having fun) but i can recommend playing and lvling bluemage if youre looking for a new point of view in gameplay. It really shakes thing up!

I'm having trouble finding motivation to play, I tried logging in yesterday and level another class to 90 but the first leveling roulette was a lvl 90 one but the tank was single pulling so I just left and logged out.
I got over 15k hours in this game, so I really loved it but goddamn. I posted 9 times in one thread back in 2019 about TOS changes and that's it, now after Dawntrail I'm at 40? 50? 60? posts, I've been happy with everything until this expansion.

I respect your personal experience that you are bored, but I add my own that the game as it is now is anything but boring to me -- while I was one of those disappointed in what the writing team delivered for this expansion's msq, I find that all the usual content - repeatable duties, FATEs, crafting and gathering, fishing, etc. have been perfectly well up to the standard of quality that keeps me playing. I am already planning my next player-organized event in game. PvP is as wild as it always is, and none of my old favorite field exploration areas or older duties are gone or anything like that. And we are just a few days away from the first tier of new raids, so who knows what that will bring?

Honestly, this is the pre-catch-up part of the game. At this point you get what classes you want to play to 100, or all of them, you focus on doing content you missed out on, doing all the FATEs, getting non-combat classes up, and then honestly, 7.05 is where the expansion really begins, when there is a bit more content.

This is how I've always looked at it.

Bar the polarizing story, it's the same as every other expansion.

Edit: As for recommendations, maybe look at Bozja or Eureka content, get those done up, maybe look at doing Baldesion Arsenal and Delubrum Reginae, or maybe try doing deep dungeons solo.

Same as always, spam fates to unlock the gemstone rewards, do hunt trains, level other jobs, get crafters/gatherers ready for the raid tier, or just play something else till the raids drop. Nothing has changed with content at launch as compared to any other expansion.

Same. It's what happens when there's barely any changes to jobs. Why would I waste time grinding to 100 when they play exactly the same at 90? Or in case of RPR, level 100 being a downgrade to 90?

I think part of this issue is that it's samey.
MSQ, expert dungeons, extreme trials, fates and levelling is the main content until normal then savage raids. Then after that it's the weekly savage grind until 7.1
That's just kinda how the game has been since stormblood. I do hope eventually the game gets way more mix ups to the core content and this expansion seems extremely content rich so hopefully for future expansions they may add something extra to the start.
I think the disappointment of the msq and the really bad job changes are the main reason you're bored.
