Make Spiral Blow Phlebotomize Again!!!!

I believe i speak for all dragooners when i say that the chad Phlebotomize '' (sadly removed in 4.0) was significantly more epic, and also valid than the beta virgin 'Spiral Blow'.

I plead to Yoshi P..... Give us back our phlebotomize, it was phlebotomize which felled the great dragon Nidhogg, that Brought the 1000 year war to a close.

With your help, we can make Dragooners different than gooners, our archenemies.

I say replace Lance Barrage with Phlebotomize instead, Spiral Blow has a sick animation.

I would also like them to add the screen impact effect to both Spiral Blow and Chaotic Spring, like their lower level counterparts have
The animation might be more flashy, but I really miss the *oomph* impact of a heavy hit, it feels like it's a scratching/glancing blow now
