I think you're misunderstanding what I'm saying.I don't really think it's nesessary, if he's the leader it's his party, I don't think you have the right to take it from him.
Also, other players beside the leader may "suck" as well, so what do you do then? Take lead position from a perfectly fine leader just to kick that person?
How about trying to get along with each other in a friendly way?
Helping others improve and also listen to their ideas too? Because, you know, YOUR playstyle doesn't have to be the best.
And if you feel you have such a short temper you can't do it it's only fair YOU have the inconvenience of rebuilding the party. That leader had to gather 8 players, you only need one.

Why its bout me now >_<
Reminds me of a moogle party not long ago. People o afk past the timer for the fight and got kicked and replaced. Then some asses quit because I kicked the afk. Well got them replaced as well. Thats how the cookie crumbles. Being a party leader, you have the right to keep the flow of the party going. Afk people and people that suck, specially being asked if veteran, deserve to be replaced. If you're one of the people who don't know how to do your job, do us all a favor. Man up and learn your job rather than try to blame others for the fact that you're no good at it.
Already finished Darnus fight, but decided to help a pickup party do it. The other WHM and leader ROYALLY sucked.
He/she deliberately ran into strike zone repeatedly until they died.
Turned on cleric stance and had to be argued into turning it off.
Was too busy racing me to cast buffs to do very many cures.
Kept stealing hate and refused to use Shroud of Saints.
And then blamed ME for it. Even sent me a /tell to tell me I have no life and no friends (lolwhat?), and then blisted me just so I couldn't respond.
I wouldn't usually make a big deal out of it, but this honestly isn't the first time I've seen it happen.
It seems to be that all the people who are the absolute worst at playing a game are the ones that can't just own their mistakes and need to take it out on others.
My point? This person was also the leader of the pt, so we couldn't easily just replace them. It would be nice if changing leaders could be done by a pt vote. Say if all pt members want to change who the leader is, they should be able to, mid battle/content. 'Cause sure you say you can just disband and re-party, but sometimes that's hard when you're currently in the middle of something.
I just think that a vote for party leader won't change much. If the party is stuck because of a noob leader, just /tell whoever you want to join a new party and start one.

some people just want to make it hard for you, they have nothing else better to do. were on the same server and people refuse to even try and do anything that can help out the party. mistakes happen but damn some people are slow.He/she deliberately ran into strike zone repeatedly until they died.
Turned on cleric stance and had to be argued into turning it off.
